idonate.com is a company that was created by the Servant
Christian Community Foundation, a 501(c)(3) organization accredited
by the Evangelical Council for Financial Accountability. iDonate.com
was started because of its unique ability to make a big difference
for donors and charitable organizations. Virtually all of them
need funding help. However, cash represents only 9% of the wealth
of the world whereas physical assets represent 91% of the wealth
of the world. iDonate.com helps charities capture the vast untapped
world of non cash assets to fund their work.

Our mission is to advance the work of charitable organizations
by providing them non cash giving solutions. Through the donations
generated, iDonate.com can expand its services to charities, and
ultimately provide grants back to the charities that are working
to make a difference.
What iDonate.com Does
iDonate.com does two things: It provides non-profit organizations
an opportunity to serve their givers through non-cash gift opportunities.
iDonate.com offers a website link that immediately gives their
donors more information about creative giving options, including
cars, boats, RVs, collectibles, inventory, timeshares, real estate,
business interests, and traditional planned giving options. iDonate.com
provides a simple solution for donors wanting to give non-cash
gifts. Through the World Impact Fund iDonate.com is committed
to giving back to charities making a difference.
How iDonate.com works
iDonate.com builds and maintains the iDonate.com website. You
subscribe to the iDonate.com website service and pay a $30 monthly
fee. When iDonate.com processes a gift through its Gift Engine,
iDonate.com receives a portion of the gift proceeds. The amount
of the iDonate.com portion is dependent on several factors, including
the size of the gift, the complexity, and the length of time iDonate.com
has to hold the gift.
Ministry Partner
iDonate.com is a supporting organization of Servant Christian
Community Foundation (SCCF). This partnership allows iDonate.com
to serve non-profits and givers at a greater level. In particular,
in the area of complex gifts like real estate and business interest.
SCCF is part of a network of local Christian foundations affiliated
with the National Christian Foundation. Find out if there is a

Non-cash donations to iDonate.com are received via a donor advised
fund with the local Christian foundation. Non-profit organizations
partnering with iDonate.com to receive non-cash gifts will be
required to establish a Charity fund with an affiliated local
Christian foundation in your area. Once non-cash gifts are liquidated
the net proceeds are placed in your Charity Fund for future distribution.
Undesignated gifts received by iDonate.com may be placed in the
World Impact Fund.
World Impact Fund
The World Impact Fund is a component fund for the Servant Christian
Community Foundation. The World Impact Fund grants to non-profit
organizations that are making a difference. To learn more about

www.servantchristian.com and click on 'Treasurehouse.'
Discalimer
iDonate.com will seek to sell all non cash gifts either through
direct sale or by selling the items through vendors that iDonate.com
chooses. Those vendors will be paid their costs or commission
of selling, which varies in size and upon the specific donated
item. We do not set a minimum price which must be offered to sell
a particular item. Each item will be sold to the highest offer.
These terms must be accepted by the donor in order to donate their
property. iDonate.com seeks to sell donated items within 90 days.
If an item cannot be sold within that 90 day period, it may be
donated to another applicable charity of iDonate's choice.
